why not just get rid of the acne? If you treat it from inside it wont come back. Alkaline diet, give it a try.
Yeah, just make sure you wash it off at night. It’s okay to wear makeup if you’re not overloading your skin with foundation and stuff so it can’t breathe and gets clogged. Use an oil-free face wash at night and you will be fine!
Stick with a powder blush with no sparklies in it and make it a hypo-allergenic brand. Clean your blush brush often (soap and water and let dry completely). Your mascara shouldn’t have any affect on acne.
Just curious if you are trying anything to get rid of your acne? I see a lot of young people and having gone through this myself, I always want to go up to them and tell them the following.
I have tried so many cleanses, vitamins etc, but none worked so good as apple cider vinegar and some natural indian products (i’m in a western country but purchased them from ebay and local indian store). They are cleansers and moisurisers etc but have a lot of herbs and natural ingedients.
1. Vicco (turmeric based foam face wash)
cleans and clears spots fast
2. Vicco Turmeric Skin Cream
(clears wounds in about 2 days instead of 7) Also great for acne scars
3. NoMarks Moisturising Cream (with almond, aloe, and Lemon)
Helps reduce blemishes – I stopped using a big brand acne face wash, toner & lotion – this works much better!
4. NoMarks (pimple cream for oily skin)
5. NoMarks (anti-marks + fairness cream)
This one again has Turmeric in and other natural stuff. It helps a lot with acne scars and pimples.
Says it is a fairness cream but it doesnt bleach your skin or anything, infact im in summer and can’t sa
