HOW TO: GET RID OF BLACKHEADS
Below link is for Acne video www.youtube.com Blackheads are a bothersome condition that effects lots and lots of people but – it’s also one that is very easily treated. It takes time and patience but the results are worth it. You do not need to disinfect the skin with blackheads as bacteria are not the issue here – instead focus on exfoliating the skin and more importantly the pore. Below are a list of BHA products that have the correct pH level to actively work on the problem. For those with very sensitive skin I’ve included two products from clinique that contain 0.5% BHA at a pH of 4.5 (ish) … These will be gentler on the skin than the other options which have lower pH levels and higher 1-2% BHA. Use a gentle cleanser that doesn’t strip the skin and UNLESS you have dry or combination skin you don’t need to moisturise. BUT all skins require sunscreen and these are normally moisturising enough. Retin-a is a product you should look into as it can regulate how the skin produces new skin cells – making them healthier, smoother and less likely to breakout. Not everyone can tolerate Retin-a but it’s worth trying. All skins require sunscreen especially when using AHA/BHA and/or Retin-a. Be kind to your skin. Low pH BHA products aimed at normal/oily/dry skin types. Proactive Solution – Clarifying Night Cream Neutrogena – oil-free acne stress control hydrating acne treatment Paula’s Choice – 1%-2% beta hydroxy acid gel/lotion/liquid Higher pH BHA products aimed at very dry/or …

Is what you call Retnin A the same thing as Retin A? I’m trying to figure out if you just pronounce it different or if it’s just a different product?
Hi. Thank you for your great tips and tricks. I’ve had blackheads for some years now and I hate them. I’m interested in trying retin-a, but I was just wondering how it should be applied. I know it should be a really thin layer, but, is ir ok to use it only in the problem areas of the face (nose). Thank you!!
@waymire01 how does that work, i mean can u give more details on how to use it? I used to have really bad acne, now I just have acne scars. I have major black heads on my nose and the area between my eyebrows. So can you please help?
Can you please adopt me?
@YurrahAlHadi It’s simple, just rub evoo on your face anywhere there are blackheads. It dissolves the oil blocking the pore, yet it is good for your skin and will not clog your pores. You can wash it off after, or just wipe the extra off with cotton balls or a soft towel. I was very skeptical about putting oil on my skin, but it worked. My 17 yr old son who has pretty bad acne and really bad blackheads had good results as well. I use it whenever I wear makeup, so 3-5x a week.
@waymire01 Oh ok. What was the name of the oil again?
Thanks for sharing your story. I can relate, because I suffered with acne as a teen. It was
horrible. In the end, I found that natural cures worked the best for me, and I tried all kinds of pills and potions that weren’t suitable for my type of acne.
What I recommend to others now is a guide called “overnight acne cures” which gives step by
step instructions on how to get rid of acne fast.
