How do I convince my parents to let me (Sophmore) go out on a date w/ a senior at night in his car 4 ice cream?

Its my first date ever, nine oclock at night, and he has a car. Innocent ice cream outing! Help!

Remember, it’s because they care about you. Get at least two more people, closer to your age, to go with you guys, and then your parents should be able to let you go.
Ask them. If they say no, sneak out, or make an excuse (going to a friend’s house to work on a project, etc.). Don’t give details til they say yes, it makes the excuse easier.
Tell your parents they can meet him. Say they’ll love him. Make sure he’s a good boy. Parents have an eye for those kind of things. Prewarn your boyfriend ahead of time. Lol
This is all I can think of.
Tell them to give you a certain time to be back so they knw nothing else would happen.
Just to get ice cream?! At nine o’clock at night?! I don’t think so. That is too late JUST to get ice cream. you should leave with him at 5:30 or 6. I think you want to have sex with the dude that’s why you want to go out so late. Girl, don’t be a hoe like everyone else. Have sex till your married! He’s too old for you anyways and he just wants to get in your pants!

don’t tell them its a "date" just saying you are going to go out for ice-cream with a guy friend from school. You can bring up the dating thing if it gets more serious and you plan on hanging out with him regualarly. Just remind them of the perks of having a "friend" with a car- it means they don’t have to be bothered by driving you everywhere
