Breast enhancement/firming cream?

I am a C cup but I want firmer breasts. And it wouldn’t hurt to be a little bigger. Have anyone tried any creams not pills and had success?

There are no pills or topical treatments that will give you any kind of real result.
You can do chest exercises to build up your pectoral muscles (behind the breasts) and that will sometimes help them appear more uplifted. However if you have much sag, that’s not going to change.
Firmer? You’ve got what you’ve got. Weight gain and loss stretches the skin and can cause the breasts to sag and/or not be firm …after the loss, because the skin is no longer as full of fat. I started adulthood as a B cup. Gained weight and my breasts went up to a D. Lost the weight and the breasts…so now, they are not firm nor perky.
Surgery is the answer for me….I’m planning a lift and fill (to a C anyway). ☺
